STA. LUCIA HIGH SCHOOL: Established in June 1976 as an annex of Novaliches High School to serve the educational needs of barangay Sta.Lucia, Gulod, San Bartolome and their vicinity. Sta. Lucia High School began with an enrolment of 218 students with only five teachers. In June 14 1983 the school was granted its independence when MECS-Capital Region Director Modesta Boquiren approved it.
MISSION: Sta. Lucia High School through its competent, highly motivated and committed teachers using a curriculum that is responsive to the needs of the changing global society shall turn out intelligent, technically-skilled and value-laden students.
VISION: Sta. Lucia High School is a friendly school where humane and highly competent teachers commit themselves for quality education. It exercises dynamic, productive and innovative leadership and continuously provides education to all learners to develop their maximum potential as human being.

DESCRIPTION: The Sta. Lucia High School eLibrary is housed at the Rodriguez Bldg. which is the main building of the school. It is located at ground floor beside the Registrar office at the said building. The library contains 2,022 books and other supplementary materials. Library collections are arranged by Dewey Decimal Classification. Other library services offered are computer with internet, printing, cd-burning and scanning.
