Starts may 09, 2011 (Monday)1st Yr. to 4th Year.
May 16 onwards - All Dropped Outs and students with back subjects
Requirements for Enrolment:
>F138 (Report Card)
>NSO Birth Certificate Original and Photocopy (for Transferees)
Certificate of Good Moral Character (for Transferees)
>Parent / Guardian
>Old students must be in complete uniformwith proper haircut
(no hair color, no earrings for male etc.)
>Transferees must be interviewed first by the Office of the Principal
>Bring 2pcs. 1x1 picture
Procedures:
>Enrollees must secure enrolment formfom designated year level.
>Read and sign carefully the data to be filled-up and understand the
Rules and Regulations of the School.
>Submit the accomplished enrolment form to the enrolling teacher.
>Students with back subjects should first report to the
Guidance Counselor (Mrs. Azucena Lim)
>Keep the enrolment form (student copy) with the mark, ENROLLED.
Note: There will be a first year readingproficiency test
c/o English Department headed by Mrs. Rabago with English Teachers.
>1st Year - Rodriguez Bldg. (near Clinic)
>2nd Year - Liban Bldg.(A.P. Center)
>3rd Year - Mathay Bldg. (Ground Floor)
>4th Year - Mathay Bldg. (near YECS)
